Global Digital Asset Marketplace
One framework for listing tokenized products across venues
An institutional marketplace for tokenized structured products — a protected marketplace for institutional participants: issuers, trading venues, custodians, and investors.
Why this matters
Today, every listing is a custom project
Tokenized products differ in how ownership is recorded, how transfers settle, and how compliance duties are split among issuer, venue, custodian, and intermediaries. Without a shared way to compare those models, each issuer and each venue repeats the same due diligence — and the result does not carry over to the next venue.
How it works
One evidence set. One assessment logic. A repeatable process.
The marketplace gives issuers and venues a shared evidence set, a common assessment logic, and a repeatable process for checking whether a product and a venue are compatible. The aim is to move a secondary listing from a long integration exercise to a predictable, configuration-driven process — subject in each case to the legal, regulatory, and operational requirements of the jurisdiction. The framework is a shared standard, not a trading venue: trading takes place only on venues operated by appropriately authorized participants.
-
Broker records
Ownership is recorded in the books of the broker.
-
Custodian receipts
A custodian holds the asset and issues the token as a receipt.
-
Issuer on-chain register
The issuer's register of holders is kept on the ledger itself.
Who it is for
What each side of the market gains
-
Issuers
More venues and investors within reach of one product — without new legal and technical work for every listing.
-
Venues
A standardized path from product to listing, and a product pipeline that does not depend on one-off integrations.
-
Investors
Products that can be held and moved across venues, and that can be structured for further use, such as collateral.
Inside the marketplace
For institutional participants only
The marketplace is designed for custody, staking, trading, lending, issuance, treasury management, and settlement between institutions, each acting under its own authorization. Products issued through the network are organized in segments, so that participants can market and distribute them — each within its own license.
